We recommend that you, as a visitor or user of our products or services, a representative of a company that is a customer, supplier, or partner of Dream & Breathe AB, an individual who contacts us via a form on our website, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, or who subscribes to our newsletters, read this document carefully.

Dream & Breathe AB (operating the Paid to Exist brand) respects your privacy and always handles your personal data responsibly and in accordance with applicable data protection legislation. In this document we describe and provide further information about the processing of your personal data. The data controller for Dream & Breathe AB is Nathalie Steffner.

This privacy policy is intended to inform you about how we collect, define, and use information that can identify you, such as your name, email address, other contact details, online identifiers, or other information you provide to us when using our websites or relying on our services.

Your personal data is typically collected from you, or from the company or organization you represent, e.g. via email, our social media, or other communication channels, or in connection with events or meetings. We may also receive personal information about you from our partners. We may further use external information services to supplement existing data, e.g. with your position and contact information.

Our starting point is not to process more personal data than is needed for the purpose, and we strive to use the least privacy-sensitive data possible.

The purpose of collecting your data is to enable us to offer you the best possible customer experience of our services. This is to maintain good customer relations and to carry out the assignments and agreements that Dream & Breathe AB has received and entered into. Certain parts of our online programs require communication from us outside our platform. Personal meetings with the coaches at Dream & Breathe AB often take place digitally. We also want to be able to offer marketing from Dream & Breathe AB / Paid to Exist in the form of offers, news, program launches, motivational content, and general information about Dream & Breathe AB's / Paid to Exist's future plans and vision. You have the right at any time to request correction of your personal data or to withdraw your consent, and to receive a record of what personal data is stored with us. If no such communication occurs, Dream & Breathe AB stores your personal data indefinitely. To correct personal data or withdraw your consent, contact [email protected]. Please note that withdrawing consent may mean we are unable to fulfil the obligations we have toward you.

We obtain access to your personal data in the following ways:

• Data you provide to us directly
• Data we receive when you register for our programs
• Data we receive when you sign up for our newsletter or other mailings
• Data we receive when you contact us, visit us, or otherwise reach out to us

Dream & Breathe AB does not share your personal data with third parties except as expressly stated in this policy. Our starting point is not to disclose your personal data to third parties unless you have consented to it, or unless it is necessary to fulfil a legal obligation or to fulfil our obligations toward you, customers, and/or partners. Where we do disclose personal data to third parties, we ensure the data is handled securely. Situations in which your personal data may be disclosed to third parties are listed below.

We use cloud-based solutions to store certain information, so personal data may be transferred to our cloud service providers.

• Your personal data may be disclosed to suppliers and partners if they need your personal data to fulfil their obligations to us.
• We share customer information with financing companies we work with, who in turn enter into agreements with and communicate directly with the customer.
• Personal data may be disclosed to authorities when necessary to fulfil our legal obligations.

Dream & Breathe AB does not make any of your information available to third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Dream & Breathe AB may transfer your personal data to countries outside the EU/EEA. If personal data is transferred to a country outside the EU/EEA, we will take measures to ensure the personal data continues to be protected, and will take the necessary steps to ensure a lawful transfer of personal data to countries outside the EU. This is because we use services from an IT provider in the USA and a payment solution provider in Ireland. We have ensured that your rights are safeguarded when personal data is transferred.

Dream & Breathe AB owns all material in our online programs and on our website, including all Paid to Exist content. Program materials may not be shared or distributed and are protected by copyright. Should the material be distributed or shared, we reserve the right to take legal action.

Staff at Dream & Breathe AB are bound by confidentiality. We do not share information about customers or clients; information shared during calls or in other forms of communication stays between the coach and the client or customer.

We reserve the right to change and update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of such changes if they represent a fundamental change to the processing, or are relevant to the nature of the processing, or are relevant to you and affect your data protection rights.

We do not encourage anyone to use our programs or services as an alternative to medical screening, treatment, and/or care. If you are currently being treated by a doctor or other physician for any condition or illness, please consult your doctor before starting our programs or services, or before changing or modifying any treatment program. We are not doctors, trained psychologists, or dietitians. Our programs, statements, and opinions do not constitute individual advice.

You agree not to use any obscene, indecent, or offensive language, or to post material on the service that is defamatory, abusive, harassing, hateful, pornographic, illegal, obscene, or otherwise offensive (at the owner's sole discretion). Furthermore, you may not post any material on the service that is encrypted, constitutes spam or unauthorized advertising, infringes on anyone's privacy, or encourages behavior that would constitute a crime, give rise to civil liability, or otherwise violate any local, state, national, or international law or regulation. You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes, and you acknowledge that failure to do so may expose you to civil and criminal liability.

You are responsible for ensuring that any material you provide to the service or post on the service or its forums, including but not limited to text, photographs, and audio, does not infringe the copyright, trademark, trade secrets, or other personal or proprietary rights of any third party, or is published with permission from the owner of such rights. You agree to provide the owner, upon request, with copies of any third-party releases for use of their content on the service.

Our programs and services are not intended for users under the age of 18. If you are under 18 and wish to use our services or programs, parental/guardian consent is required — please contact [email protected] to discuss further.

 

Agreement and Ordering

If you register for and use your account with Dream & Breathe AB, you have the ability to enter into agreements and carry out transactions electronically. You confirm that your electronic transmissions constitute your agreement, and you agree to be bound by and to pay for such agreements and transactions. By selecting "buy," "OK," "I agree," or a similar confirmation of approval during the ordering process, you are submitting an order. All orders must be approved by the Company. You agree that all orders approved by Dream & Breathe AB are legally valid and binding.

You start a subscription by paying a fee via the payment methods in effect at the time, through a third-party provider. As a paying subscriber of Dream & Breathe AB / Paid to Exist, you also gain access to videos, livestreams, worksheets, audio files, content, and features not available to non-paying subscribers. Payment by invoice is only offered in exceptional cases.

You may also choose to use your wellness allowance (friskvårdsbidrag, where applicable) with Dream & Breathe AB.

Dream & Breathe AB uses a third-party billing system to enable you to carry out transactions electronically. The terms applicable to the respective payment method from the external third party providing the payment method apply to such services.

By entering into these Terms & Conditions, you agree that any billing and payment details you provide are stored by a third party and not by Dream & Breathe AB.

By becoming a paying user, you agree that Dream & Breathe AB and/or a designated third party will charge the cost of your subscription monthly/annually, or in accordance with the subscription type you have chosen, to your payment card or bank account. When you become a subscriber, your card or bank account is charged on the day you complete payment.

The next charge occurs one month later, and thereafter on an ongoing basis within this framework for the duration of the subscription. For an annual subscription, your card or bank account is charged every twelve (12) months. In the event of non-payment, Dream & Breathe AB has the right to pause access to the service until payment is made again.

 

Fees and Renewal

You agree to pay all fees for each service you purchase or use, in accordance with the prices and payment terms in effect at the time for the service in question.

If you have chosen to pay fees by debit or credit card, you confirm that the card details you provide are accurate, and that you will promptly notify Dream & Breathe AB of any changes to these details. Fees paid by you are non-refundable, except as set out in these Terms & Conditions or as required by law.

All subscriptions are offered without a minimum commitment period. If you choose to cancel your subscription before the period you have already paid for expires, you are not entitled to a refund. Subscriptions offered by Dream & Breathe AB / Paid to Exist may be free, free for a limited period, or fee-based. If a subscription is provided free of charge for a limited period, you will be given the option to renew the service and pay the applicable fee, or to stop using it when the limited period expires.

The subscription must be renewed within the specified time period for its features to continue functioning as before. If you choose not to renew, Dream & Breathe AB will close your account and you will no longer be able to use Dream & Breathe AB / Paid to Exist services.

 

Purchase of Online Programs

Purchases of Dream & Breathe AB's / Paid to Exist's online programs are made at a fixed price. Any instalment payment plan is only a payment option and does not constitute a subscription.

By purchasing, you commit to paying the full amount according to the chosen payment plan, regardless of whether you choose to complete the program or not.

Programs with a set calendar start date. Where a program has a specific future start date and content is not made available to you immediately upon purchase, the statutory right of withdrawal applies for 14 days from the day of purchase, or until the program's start date, whichever occurs first — since participation and delivery of content begin on that date. If you purchase close to or after a program's start date, so that the start date falls within the 14-day period, your right of withdrawal ends when the program starts and delivery of content to you begins, rather than running the full 14 days.

Self-paced courses and memberships with immediate access. Where a program, course, or membership grants you immediate access to content upon purchase (e.g. a self-paced course or an ongoing membership with instant content access), by completing your purchase you expressly request that delivery begin immediately, and you acknowledge and agree that you thereby lose your statutory right of withdrawal once access has been granted. For this reason, such purchases are binding and non-refundable from the moment access is provided.

In all cases, this policy does not limit any right you may have under mandatory consumer protection law to a remedy (such as a repeat performance, price reduction, or refund) where the program or its content is materially defective or not delivered as described.

 

Access to Online Programs

Dream & Breathe AB's / Paid to Exist's online programs are available for the period stated at the time of purchase. The period is counted from the day you are granted access to the program and its content.

Access cannot be paused, postponed, or extended beyond what is stated at the time of purchase.

For specific programs, access periods and any extensions beyond the standard access window will be stated at the time of purchase for that program.

 

Price Changes

Dream & Breathe AB gives you the option to actively choose an ongoing monthly subscription for a monthly fee, or alternatively to prepay your subscription for a number of months at a time and thereby receive a discount on the monthly cost. Prepayment is made for a fixed number of months and provides a given discount. Discount rates and the selectable number of months may be changed by Dream & Breathe AB.

All prices stated are in SEK/USD/EUR (as applicable) inclusive of applicable taxes. Limited-time special offers may occur, such as trial offers/discount codes. For current prices and discounts, please visit our website.

Dream & Breathe AB reserves the right to adjust the fee for services and products that run on an ongoing basis. For services with a fixed commitment period, Dream & Breathe AB has the right to adjust the fee during that period only with respect to increased costs to Dream & Breathe AB arising from events such as Force Majeure or other circumstances beyond Dream & Breathe AB's control. These may include changes in the general price level, increased taxes and fees, or cost increases relating to subcontractors due to Force Majeure conditions. Dream & Breathe AB will inform you in writing of any fee change within a reasonable time before the change takes effect. If you do not wish to accept the change, you have the right to cancel the service at no extra cost no later than the day the change takes effect. You will not be affected by the price change during the notice period.

Dream & Breathe AB's / Paid to Exist's online programs and services are non-refundable.

By accepting Dream & Breathe AB's Terms & Conditions and Data Storage Policy, you confirm that you use the service at your own risk.

 

Cancellation & Refunds — Events & Retreats

If you cancel an event or retreat you have booked with Dream & Breathe AB / Paid to Exist, a cancellation fee of 15% of the total price applies. This amount is retained to cover administrative costs and preparations already carried out, or still to be carried out. The remaining amount will be refunded.

If you cancel 7 days or less before the start of the event, a medical certificate is required for a refund to be considered. Please note that even with a medical certificate, we have already incurred costs for your place (e.g. venue, food, staff, etc.), which means we reserve the right to refund only part of the fee, depending on the extent of these costs. We appreciate your understanding.

We reserve the right, in the event of major changes to dates or format, to offer alternative solutions or a refund.

By booking a place with Dream & Breathe AB / Paid to Exist and accepting our Terms & Conditions and our processing of personal data, you confirm that you participate at your own risk.

Dream & Breathe AB is not responsible for any damages, accidents, or individual experiences that may occur in connection with participation. We encourage all participants to listen to their bodies and consult a doctor if needed.

We reserve the right to make changes to dates or format, but we always do our utmost to inform you in good time and to offer alternatives or a refund in the event of major changes.

By booking an event or retreat with Dream & Breathe AB / Paid to Exist and accepting our Terms & Conditions and processing of personal data, you confirm that you participate at your own risk.

Dream & Breathe AB is not responsible for any damages, accidents, or personal experiences that may occur in connection with participation. We encourage all participants to listen to their own body and limits throughout, and to consult a doctor if needed.

By accepting Dream & Breathe AB's Terms & Conditions and Data Storage Policy, you confirm that you use the service at your own risk.

 

Webinars

Live webinars. Purchase of a live webinar, held on a specific date or within a specific period, is binding and non-refundable once the purchase is completed. This is a service relating to leisure activities to be performed on a specific date, and as such is exempt from the statutory right of withdrawal under applicable distance-selling consumer legislation.

If you are unable to attend the live session, access to a recording may be offered if this is included in your purchase.

Recorded / on-demand webinars. By completing your purchase of a recorded or on-demand webinar, you expressly request that delivery of the digital content begin immediately, and you acknowledge and agree that you thereby lose your statutory right of withdrawal once access has been granted. For this reason, purchases of recorded/on-demand webinars are binding and non-refundable from the moment access is provided.

In all cases, this policy does not limit any right you may have under mandatory consumer protection law to a remedy (such as a repeat performance, price reduction, or refund) where the webinar or recording is materially defective or not delivered as described — for example due to a technical fault preventing your access to the content.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sweden. This applies regardless of where you, as a customer, are located, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have under the law of your country of residence, which cannot be excluded by agreement.

Any dispute that cannot be resolved through direct dialogue with us shall be submitted to the Swedish courts, with Sweden as the agreed venue, unless mandatory law provides otherwise. If you are a consumer resident in the EU, you may also refer to the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform or, in Sweden, to the National Board for Consumer Disputes (Allmänna Reklamationsnämnden, ARN).
